Position Overview:
The Home Furniture Sales Professional/ Design Specialist position is: A-commissioned sales professional dedicated to assisting new and established customers select their ideal Home Furnishing needs. The successful Design Specialist/Sales Professional will listen intently to the customer needs, be knowledgeable of available product and industry trends, have a keen awareness of customer needs and be a resource in making customer's Home D cor visions a reality.
Our stores in Central New Jersey have been recognized by the Metropolitan Home Furnishing Associates as Retailer of the Year Several times.

Greet the customer in a professional sales manner, present products and close each opportunity with every customer.
Add on items with every sale, such as accessories and extended warranty.
Build relationships with customers by educating them on product information, promotions, and financing opportunities while providing

Customer Service.
Contact customers after delivery to ensure total satisfaction
Meet pre-established goals set forth to achieve sales each month.
Follow up on perspective customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
AVAILABILITY TO HAVE A SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE: EVENINGS, WEEKENDS,AND HOLIDAYS

years of experience in a retail environment
Must possess an energetic personality
Independent and able to multi-task
Ability to easily establish a rapport with our customers and build long-term relationships
Desire to learn and to be adaptable to change
Ability to Build a sale through a continued use of learned selling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to assist and service our customers
