- Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus - Familiarity with HR processes and procedures - Knowledge of Federal Government Processes and procedures - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with HRIS systems (e.
