Communicate with our internal and external customers using various channels.
Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Help to resolve issues or provide information as needed.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:

years of previous comparative work experience Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently.
Superior Computer skills including Microsoft Suite Previous SAP Business One experience Preferred.
Experience using Freshdesk a plus.
Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
A critical thinker who is not afraid to contribute to the process of improvement.
Highly dependable and organized.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
