We are a fast paced, New Jersey based dental office with both general dentists and specialists in house.
We pride ourselves on being the best for our patients in service, care, and convenience.
We are currently looking to bring on a full time patient intake coordinator that can be an integral part of that mission statement.
Job Description:
The patient intake position is essential to our office's day to day functions, as this role is the patient's very first impression of us.
The person filling this role must be dedicated to providing an unmatched experience to our patients.
Your main responsibilities would include the following:
Greeting patients upon arrival, and guiding them through the check in process while making them feel welcome and comfortable.
Providing new patients with a customized first visit and introduction to the office.
Communicating with our clinical team when patients are ready to be seated.
Presenting treatment plans to the patients that have been planned by our clinical team.
Help guide the patient through their financial options and decisions regarding their dental treatment.
Answering insurance questions the patient may have, with the help of our dedicated insurance team and managing pre-determinations.
Assisting patients in scheduling in accordance with our scheduling and deposit policies.
Collection of in office payments.
Pleasant and welcoming patient communications via text, email, and phone.
Working closely with our remote team to ensure the best possible experience for our patients.
Job Requirements:
A kind, empathetic approach, and outgoing personality.
Dental experience - 1 year minimum.
Great communication skills.
Comfortablilty discussing finances.
High attention to detail.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Willingness to work some Saturdays (5 hour shift) Willingness to work in a fast paced, multi-provider environment.
Ability to utilize multiple applications throughout the day.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
