Per S Group is hiring a Plant Engineer for one of our Fortune 500 client's Power Plant in Linden, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:
Investigate equipment failures and oversee Root Cause Analysis program Support the regulatory Compliance Specialist in all NERC, Regional Reliability Entity, and EIA issues impacting facility operations Develop and maintain plant performance and efficiency analysis tools and report's findings to the Plant Manager Develop scope justifications for plant modifications and improvements.
Coordinate the utilization of plant staff and contract support in achieving company and group goals.
Prepare capital project scope documents / budgets for approval.
Supervise project through completion Provide support in development of work scopes associated with scheduled and non-scheduled outages and projects Prepares accurate plant documentation, to assure proper historical records and reporting of plant maintenance is completed Maintain technical library and drawings to ensure that all necessary reference materials are available and up to date Preferred Skills & Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience Extensive knowledge & experience with overseeing of operations & maintenance within a Power Plant Working knowledge & experience with gas & steam turbines Relocation package available for qualified candidates PandoLogic.
