The position is responsible to plan, execute and oversee the apparel division.
We are looking for a candidate with a positive go-getter attitude and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
Must have experience working with apparel brick and mortar retailers and independent sales reps.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new account opportunities; actively seek out specialty stores that align with our brand representation -Generate new wholesale business and grow new apparel categories -Recruit, hire, train, and motivate independent sales reps and showrooms -Develop product knowledge in order to educate, describe, promote and sell -Present collections to accounts and sales reps -Promptly resolve customer issues and ensure maximum client satisfaction -Perform market research to create competitive analysis -Manage/Participate in Trade show booth set up and sales -Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with independent sales reps/showrooms.
-Communicate with merchandising/design team on selling/style trends; looking for both growth and missed opportunities -Manage national/regional retail account(s) -Build, maintain, and document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM -Coordinate asset release and manage samples -Maintain all orders, which includes' order entry, reviewing orders for accuracy, replacing dollars lost due to cancels or oversolds -Manage all PO's from receipt to delivery; coordinate with Customer Service on order entry, shipping needs, EDI's etc
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of wholesale sales experience in Apparel, Sleepwear, or Loungewear with established industry network -A high level of knowledge of garment, construction, and fabrics -Availability to travel -Strong experience in building, managing, training and recruiting a sales rep team -Strong retail math knowledge -Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) -Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize -Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint -Goal driven and self motivated -High Energy & Strong Cold calling skills Job Type:
