Shift Manager - Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall efficiency and technical operations of the restaurantMaintain proper execution of product and ensure the training and refinement of Team MembersManage the opening and closing of the restaurantBuild relationships with guests, handle guest issues, and be a model of Genuine HospitalityTeach and practice the Freddy's standards of Genuine Hospitality, Quality, and CleanlinessLead by example, be vocal and preparedMaintain cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment Requirements:
Must have prior restaurant management experience as a supervisor or similar hourly manager position responsible for closing and opening, preferably in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service restaurant or full service restaurant.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the restaurant for both morning and closing shifts late in the evening.
Always willing to learn and is receptive to coaching.
Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functionsWill be required to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all partiesWill require full range of physical motion such as:
bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.
